Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES


* Operates data entry and teleprocessing equipment to enter new records, updates, changes and deletions to existing records. Verifies data from source documents.


* Assigns and maintains records of account numbers used for each Area and Unit.


* Maintains daily/weekly records of transactions.


* Resolves problems regarding incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate records.


* Adds amounts in batches and compares to calculator tape from area offices. Follows up on discrepancies.


* Maintains daily and weekly records for telemarketing.


* May perform other data entry assignments.



Position Requirements



* Excellent keyboard skills required.


* Must have at least 10,000 kph


* Previous data entry experience


* Computer literate
