- Respond to inside
and outside questions of a technical nature which apply to testing
within the division. This will require the maintenance of a broad
knowledge range of technical subjects.
- Where assigned,
oversee the management and completion of Pre-Analytical and
Technical laboratory projects.
- Assist in the
everyday maintenance of the laboratory, covering bench work where
needed and troubleshooting test/instrument problems within the

Pre-Analytical Manager and General Lab Manager in other assigned
tasks (e.g., interviewing job candidates).
- Determine optimal
FTEs within the division, recommending changes to the
Pre-Analytical Manager and General Lab Manager.
- Perform 6-month
