Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes seeks a
Director of Production and Quality for our local Home Building
Operations Division located in Folsom, California.The Director of
Production and Quality will report to the Division President and
will be responsible for management and oversight of all residential
sales and production-related initiatives for Toll Brothers'
presence in the Sacramento division. As a member of the senior team
at Toll Brothers, the Director will work with company leaders to
promote a culture of construction excellence as the company
continues to grow and diversify.
- Establish strategic and tactical plans to improve production
cycle time in support of company goals within the division
- Focus on attaining and delivering a high level of customer
service and satisfaction to Toll customers
- High level of prior Profit & Loss responsibility
- Create systems, processes, and routines to reduce cycle time
and maximize divisional revenue and boost new home delivery volume.
This includes edited BuildPro schedule templates
- Establish and maintain a continuous improvement program to
include development of technical standards and technical audit
program, implementation of an inspection and verification program,
targeted training, trade contractor partnering, and leveraging
support from product manufacturers
- Coach/mentor Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, and
the Construction/Warranty teams in the areas of operational
- Collaborate with departmental leaders in Human Resources, Land
Development, Architecture, Purchasing, Toll Integrated Systems,
Risk Management, Information Technology, Construction and Sales to
optimize processes, the quality and timeliness of deliveries and
- Hire, educate, train, and manage individuals throughout the
division, forming a team that will work together and grow to become
successful, contributing members of your community

- Minimum of a 4-year degree
- Deep experience in the new home construction industry
- 10+ years of regional or national residential construction
- Proven track record developing highly competent, engaged, and
efficient teams of residential sales and construction
- Familiar with current software applications used within the
residential construction industry, and good at helping others see
the benefits of integrating technology with construction
operations. These applications would include an extensive knowledge
of Buildpro and E1
- Experience communicating with C-Suite executives
