As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to employees, managers and executive management at our Folsom location performing a variety of tasks related to organization and communication with high quality and in a timely manner.

* Responsibilities may include fielding and screening calls, managing calendars, making travel, meeting and event arrangements; organize and maintain filing system, implementing administrative systems, general clerical duties, various other duties as assigned. * Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as with outside clients and vendors. * Sensitivity to confidential matters required. Must pass a background check and drug screen. * Prepare documents, reports, agendas and meeting minutes, procedures, policies, monitor administrative projects, research, and information gathering and marketing activities. * May be the first one to arrive and last one to leave Education and Experience:

* 4 years of administrative experience or bachelor's degree * Strong computer skills and internet research skills * Knowledge of office software * Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping * Support marketing and other activities for trade shows, conferences, and other events * Internet marketing and social media experience preferred Key Competencies:

* Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time to fulfill duties sitting at a desk, constantly operating a computer, copier, printer and answering phones. Person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access files and office machinery, etc. * Frequently communicates with customers and co-workers and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. * Must be able to drive in order to participate in local conferences, deliver documents and run errands. * Moderate lifting, bending, twisting and crouching may be required to perform various office and administrative tasks as assigned, to include ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 lbs. in order to prepare and transport conference materials.
