Job Description Office Admin: Full Time Position Available We are seeking an Office Admin to join our team. Must be available full time (32-40 hours/week). This position will have a pay rate of $19/hour. This position will be located out of our Folsom Office. Responsibilities: Receiving incoming calls from homeowners

Calling vendors for bid procurement

Answering incoming emails

Resolving homeowner complaints

Researching basic accounting questions

Establish and maintain a positive and productive relationship with homeowners

Coordinate between vendors and homeowners for work orders

Maintain a strong work ethic along with strong communication skills

Qualifications: Previous customer service experience

Previous office experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hard worker

High level of comfort with technology

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Tenacious with follow through to ensure that the job gets done in a timely manner

Highly organized with an ability to multitask when necessary

Attention to detail a must

Comfortable working/talking with people

Strong communication skills

Adaptive/flexible when things change

Highly dependable

Strong computer skills (ie. GoogleDocs, Microsoft Office)
