JOB SUMMARY: Assists and resolves retirement plan participant's
direct requests and issues by answering incoming calls, making
outbound calls to participants, and responding to emails all while
delivering the ultimate client experience.

+ Responds to participant inquiries (via phone and/or email)
with clarity, efficiency and timliness.
+ Escalates issues per departmental protocol.
+ Acts as a liaison internally with regard to participant

Supervisory Responsibilities (none)
Required Education, Experience and Certificates, Licenses,
+ Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of training and
+ 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Accounting or
+ Proficiency in MS Office, emphasis on Excel and Word is
Preferred (but not required) education or skills for this role
+ Knowledge of retirement plan administration.
+ Experience with DST platform is a plus.
