Promptly meet and great all members/customers in a timely, and
Handle incoming telephone calls following the proper
Maintain the member/customer scheduling system at the

repair service that meets the member/customers needs.
Provide all members/customers with an estimated completion time,
and keep them informed of any

Education & Experience / Licenses & Certification
High school diploma or equivalent. ASE certifications a
Automotive service experience a plus but not required

Effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to
deliver information and messages with empathy and accuracy
Minimum of five years of verifiable work experience in a
customer service setting
Basic knowledge of major automobile components required
Ability to learn and adapt to the automotive aftermarket
industry with a primary focus on customer service delivery
Company will assist candidate in obtaining ASE Servicer
Consultant Certification within one year of hire.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
Works in an office environment sitting at a desk, table or
computer workstation for extended periods of time. May travel by
car, plane or other form of transportation to attend business
meetings or conferences. Approximately 50-80 percent of the time
spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.
