Job Description Hiring Driver Trainers to Train New Truck
Drivers! Refrigerated Trucking is one of the safest bets in the
trucking industry as it relates to jobs. The country will always

road! Driver Trainers play a vital role in driver training by
running with new drivers during the earliest days of employment.
From the passenger seat, the Driver Trainer gives instruction and
advice, mile after mile. The experience and knowledge imparted by a
good Driver Trainer will set the stage for the rest of the new
driver's career. C.R. England is seeking drivers with a safe and
clean record that can handle 18 wheels, 40 tons, and 400
