Job Description:
Under general supervision, the Senior HR Coordinator provides
high level administrative and operational support to the CHRO and
HR leadership team. This role coordinates recurring administrative,
transactional, and approved HR initiatives to improve efficiency,
consistency, and execution while maintaining cost discipline. The
Senior HR Coordinator focuses on coordination, execution, and
follow through rather than independent decision making or strategy
ownership, and serves as a trusted operational partner within Human
Resources. Compensation: $33-$38/hr. depending on experience
Location: Pleasanton, CA. This is a hybrid role, working four days
a week in person at our Pleasanton office with the ability to work
from home one day a week. A day in the life might include:
Providing executive administrative support to the CHRO including
calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense
reporting, and preparation/audition of materials for review by CHRO
Managing the HR intake channels, triaging inquiries, ensuring
timely resolution, and supporting routine HR coordination and
administrative follow-through Reviewing, coding, submitting, and
tracking HR invoices Providing variance identification and
coordination with Finance Coordinating onboarding for new hires to
ensure required steps are completed and new hire experience is
consistent and timely Administer HR programs (e.g., Team Member
Crisis Fund, drivers program, license tracking, recognition/events)
by coordinating timelines, communications, documentation, and
stakeholder support in alignment with guidelines To be successful
in this role, you should have: High school diploma or equivalent
(Bachelor's degree in HR, business or a related field preferred)
3-5 years of progressively responsible HR coordination, HR
operations, or executive administrative experience, or an
equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency with
Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel and strong
document/presentation formatting) Experience supporting
senior-level executives within an HR or corporate environment
(preferred) Experience with HRIS transactions and document
