driven, entrepreneurial Restaurant Operating Manager to lead a
restaurant as if it were their own business—without having to go it
alone. This role is designed for a proven hospitality leader who
wants real ownership-level responsibility, and decision-making
authority, paired with the support, tools, and infrastructure of an
established restaurant group. This is not a traditional management
role. The Operating Manager operates with the mindset of an owner,
driving the business forward through people leadership, operational
excellence, and financial performance. You will have meaningful
autonomy to shape the operation, build and lead your team, and grow
the business—while being fully supported by centralized HR,
Finance, Marketing, Sales/Private Dining, and Operations teams. To
further align incentives with results, this role includes a unique,
performance-based bonus program with the potential to earn up to
50% of base salary , directly tied to the success of the business

menu features handcrafted dishes that blend contemporary flavors
with classic French European techniques, creating an elevated and

visitors. Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee all daily
restaurant operations to ensure consistency, quality, and
efficiency. Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and
cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor
regulations. Financial Management Drive profitability through
effective labor management, cost control, and strategic
decision-making. Analyze P&Ls, develop action plans, and lead
the team in meeting revenue and profit goals. Forecast needs and
manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships. Team
Development Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team
members. Create a positive culture that promotes accountability,
growth, and empowerment. Lead by example through hands-on coaching,
mentorship, and proactive leadership. Guest Experience Maintain a
warm, memorable, and hospitality-driven atmosphere for every guest.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate the
experience. Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution to
guest concerns. Business Growth & Brand Stewardship Partner with
Director of Operations and HRBP on strategic planning, local
marketing, and community engagement. Identify opportunities for
operational improvements and new revenue channels. Uphold and
champion the brand’s mission, values, and standards. Qualifications
5 years of restaurant leadership experience Proven track record of
running operations with high autonomy and meeting financial
targets. Strong business acumen, decision-making skills, and
entrepreneurial mindset. Exceptional leadership, communication, and
people-development abilities. Passion for hospitality, guest
experience, and team culture. What We Offer Compensation = $115k
(Salary Bonus) Eligible for a performance-based bonus with
potential of $40,000 plus annually, tied directly to revenue
achievement and prime cost targets. Medical/Dental/Vision and 401k
