Nurse Practitioner | Family Practice Location: Susanville, CA Employer: Adelphi Locums Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Quick Facts • Specialty: General Medicine NP • Location: California - Susanville, Crescent City, Eureka - Ft Irwin, Sonora, Atascadero • Service Setting: Outpatient • Reason For Coverage: Supplemental • Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing • Coverage Type: Clinical only • Shift Coverage: Compensation & Pension Exam, Separation Health Assessments • Shift Schedule: PRN (as needed basis) - Half day (4 hrs) - Full day (8 hrs) • Office Required: - Susanville: 1 day/week - Crescent City: 2 days/week - Ft Irwin: 1 day/week - Sonora: 1 day/week • Per Diem: within 50 mile radius - Atascadero: Half day/week - Eureka: 1 day/week • Duties: - Perform exams; primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing. - No prescribing, no treatment • Malpractice Insurance Covered Requirements: • Active CA license • ANNP • Own personal laptop (No MACs/Apple) • DMA Certification or willing to obtain • Provider must have their own office • Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular • Must be within 50 miles of location • NPDB Report
