registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years MS Oncology RN
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Provide expert nursing care
in a specialized oncology med/surg unit dedicated to improving
patient outcomes and comfort. This night shift role offers the
opportunity to work in a well-established hospital recognized for
safety and comprehensive specialty services. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care including assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation for oncology, neuro, medical, and
end-of-life patients Administer medications and utilize advanced
equipment such as Alaris pumps and NOVA glucometers Collaborate
with interdisciplinary departments to coordinate comprehensive
patient care Maintain professional accountability and
confidentiality in alignment with nursing standards and facility
values Adapt to float assignments within the med/surg service line
as needed Participate in orientation on day shift prior to night
shift assignment Qualifications & Experience: Current RN licensure
eligible or active in Missouri Minimum 1 year experience in
inpatient Med/Surg nursing Required BLS certification from AHA
Preferred: 1 year Oncology experience; ONS Chemo Certification
strongly desired Skilled in medication administration, EMR (Epic)
documentation, and physical assessments Ability to maintain patient
ratios of 1:5/6 in a 15-bed unit Additional Details: Shift: Nights
(7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Assignment Length: 13 weeks (contract) Weekly
Hours: Choose 36 or 48 (indicate upon application) Weekend shifts:
No more than every other weekend Required flu vaccination or
approved exemption for Nov-April Dress Code: Black scrubs Location
