Details - Acute care hospital setting - Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts - 13-week contract Requirements - Minimum 2 years of recent PT experience in a U.S. hospital acute care setting - Active PT license required (no pending licenses accepted); license required if applicable - AHA BLS certification required - CPI certification required - U.S. SSN required for consideration - Date of birth required for consideration - Two supervisor or manager references preferred, verifying experience within the previous 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer - Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Additional Information - Responsibilities include comprehensive patient evaluation, individualized program planning, and administration of physical therapy treatment across all patient populations - Develops age-appropriate plans of care based on PT evaluation findings, following physician referral - Accurate and timely documentation of patient treatment is expected - Must be adaptable and responsive to new and changing work assignments - Functions as part of an interdisciplinary care team American Traveler Job ID P-680305.
