Compensation & Incentives: Base salary of $240,000 annually Employer-paid contribution to Nevada Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) – 36.75% of base salary Full vesting after 5 years Health insurance premium 100% covered for the employee Family/spouse/children coverage available with employee contribution $10,000 signing bonus with a 2-year commitment Up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement with a 2-year commitment $10,000 housing stipend if purchasing a home in Pershing County (2-year commitment required) Eligible to participate in National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment program No state income tax in Nevada Position Highlights: Outpatient-only primary care – no inpatient or hospital call Monday–Friday schedule, with limited phone-only call rotation Established patient panel and strong community demand Supportive administrative and clinical team Modern EMR and excellent clinical infrastructure Opportunity to make a real impact in an underserved area Requirements: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Nevada Strong communication skills and a passion for rural community health
