Job Description DirectShifts is seeking a highly skilled and
compassionate Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our team in providing
comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care to patients in the vibrant
city of Sacramento, CA. Job Description: Evaluate, diagnose, and
treat patients with a wide range of ear, nose, throat, head, and
neck conditions. Perform surgical procedures, including sinus
surgery, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and head and neck cancer
surgeries. Manage conditions such as hearing loss, balance
disorders, allergies, sinus infections, voice disorders, and
swallowing difficulties. Conduct diagnostic tests, such as
audiograms, endoscopies, and imaging studies. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient
care. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. Stay
up-to-date on the latest advancements in otolaryngology through
ongoing professional development. Qualifications: Board Certified
or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT) Valid medical license in
California State Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating
ear, nose, and throat conditions Proficiency in performing ENT
surgical procedures Strong clinical judgment and decision-making
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
