Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of inpatient pharmacy
experience required License: Must possess a valid state license
Certifications: BLS, RPh Must-Have: - Every other weekend
availability Description: This position is for an inpatient evening
critical care clinical pharmacist. The schedule is 7 shifts on
followed by 7 shifts off. Candidates must have experience in
clinical dosing and therapeutic medication monitoring. Experience
in a community hospital setting is preferred. Familiarity with
charting systems is required, with preference for experience using
Epic. Candidates will work with a diverse patient population,
including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and
geriatrics. The daily census is approximately 380 patients.
Candidates must be able to go for lab work within 3-5 days of
signing and have a valid state license at the time of submission.
Two references obtained within the last year are required.
Background checks will be conducted prior to submission.
