Full-Time/Nights - Rehabilitation Unit The Registered Nurse
delivers comprehensive care to patients in a rehabilitation
setting, primarily focusing on adults and seniors facing
neurological and physical challenges. This role involves working
closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care,
uphold patient confidentiality, and maintain exemplary nursing
standards during night shifts. Candidates must possess a valid RN
license, demonstrate physical endurance for patient handling, and
hold certifications such as Basic Life Support. Discover your

assess the effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers and
collaborate with various departments to coordinate patient care.

shifts of 12 hours) Nights (7 PM - 7 AM) Incentives for Experienced
RNs: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Incentives for New RNs: $5,000 Sign-On
Bonus About Our Rehabilitation Unit: Also referred to as Acute
Rehabilitation, ARU, or Inpatient Rehabilitation, this nursing
specialty offers a fulfilling career for those eager to apply their
clinical expertise, make a tangible impact on patients' lives, and
collaborate within a healthcare team. We provide thorough,
cooperative care to adult and geriatric patients with recent or
regressive neurological and medical conditions, who have
experienced functional losses in daily activities, mobility,
cognition, or communication. Common diagnoses include CVA, brain
injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, hip fractures, joint
replacements, and various neurological syndromes. Qualifications:
Education: Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN
license in the state of employment or compact licensure, meeting
all state board requirements. Physical Requirements: The role
necessitates the ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds
regularly. Prolonged standing and walking are required during each
shift, along with the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist,
and squat. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from
the American Heart Association or successful completion of the
course within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be
required based on the specific position or unit, or must be
