Job Description Responsibilities Mercy Medical Group (MMG) is
seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join our multi-specialty group in
Folsom, CA. Highlights - Very competitive sign-on bonus of up to
125k or 100k loan repayment/85k sign on - Join an established group
of OB/GYN Physicians - Call 1:6 - Incoming physician would be based
out of Mercy Hospital of Folsom - In house OB hospitalist program
available for OB back up call - Hospital does approximately 600-700
births/year - Level I nursery with support from the Level lll NICU
at Mercy San Juan Medical Center - 50/50 mix of Obstetrics and
Gynecology - Robotics available, though not required - Shareholder
track, competitive compensation with bonus potential, desirable
benefits - Option for additional income with hospitalist and
back-up shifts at regional hospitals - Compensation Range: $355,000
- $366,000 / Year Qualifications - A valid and unrestricted
California medical license - Board eligible or board certified in
specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) - Completion of
an accredited post-graduate training program Patient Care: -
Diagnose and treat various medical conditions. - Develop and
implement comprehensive treatment plans. - Conduct thorough medical
examinations and histories. Communication: - Communicate
effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. -
Provide clear and concise medical information. - Foster a
collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
Documentation: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans. -
Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations. Diagnostic
Procedures: - Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab
work and imaging. - Perform procedures as needed - Collaborate with
specialists for further diagnostic evaluation. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare
professionals. - Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and
case discussions. - Provide consultative services to other
healthcare providers. Quality Improvement: - Participate in quality
assurance and improvement initiatives. - Review and analyze
clinical outcomes for continuous improvement. - Implement changes
to enhance patient care and safety. Compliance: - Adhere to ethical
and legal standards in medical practice. - Stay informed about
healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. - Participate
in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards. Continuous
Learning: - Stay abreast of medical advancements and best
practices. - Participate in ongoing medical education and training.
- Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and

Range $170.67 - $175.96 /hour
