TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVOR RN in Sacramento, California, 95819! Pay Information $3,672 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 Hour Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2 years of CVOR experience minimum License: License to submit required Certifications: BLS (AHA) required Must-Have: Must have strong CVOR experience and be confident in skills. Must be able to scrub. Must be able to read and interpret EKG strips. Description: Conducts a profile review and interviews candidates. 2 supervisor references are needed at submission. 1 reference must be within the last 12 months and 1 within the last 3 years. Nurses work in a busy, fast-paced operating room. Surgeries performed include CABG, valve procedures, and other heart surgeries, excluding thoracic surgeries. There is a requirement for call coverage if cases run long. Schedules are posted for two pay periods. Candidates should cover 3 shifts on weekends per month, as needed. Overnight call is required once a week. Rotating holiday shifts occur with core staff. The team includes Charge Nurses, Nurse Aides, CSTs, and RTs available 24/7. Certifications required include BLS. Cancellation policy allows for up to 4 shift cancellations during a 13-week assignment. Charting system utilized is Cerner.
