5X8s, M-F, 7a-3p, Overtime offered, if desired Requirements: Board
Certified CRNAs Active, unrestricted CA License Clean
Background/Malpractice/NPDB BLS Certification Provide updated CV
Provide Availability Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Malpractice provided OR Provide your own to receive a higher pay
rate Travel & Lodging provided OR Provide your own to receive a
higher pay rate
