Director, Business & Technology Consulting to join our CGI team in
Reno, NV to help us transform our local practice into a
market-leading consulting powerhouse! This position is located
onsite at our CGI office in Reno, NV. This is an exciting
opportunity for a strategic and growth-minded leader to lead a
portfolio of engagements and drive innovation across industries.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, brings established
executive relationships, and has a track record of developing
consulting talent and winning strategic business. You will play a
critical role in shaping CGI's Sacramento metro Reno office
trajectory, responsible not just for delivery and operations, but
for business development, talent growth, solution creation, and
program delivery. You are someone who understands the end-to-end
value of CGI's service offerings and can drive us from
transactional engagements to high-value strategic relationships.

resources. Your future duties and responsibilities: How you'll make
an impact . Provide end-to-end accountability for delivery,
business development, and talent growth within your consulting
portfolio . Develop a high-impact pipeline of new logo
opportunities and strategic deals aligned with CGI's full-service
offerings . Serve as one of the faces of CGI in the Reno and
surrounding market, nurturing existing client relationships and
opening doors at the right levels to accelerate growth . Drive
thought leadership and innovation, speak at industry events, lead
solution design, and co-author new consulting offerings that
respond to market demand . Lead with a coaching mindset, mentoring
your team of senior consultants and consultants to build a strong
leadership bench for future continuity . Guide strategic pursuits,
proposals, and orals presentations, infusing complex
problem-solving, critical thinking, and storytelling into every
opportunity . Collaborate across business units and with global
delivery teams to ensure client success and long-term engagement .
Performance and profitability of engagements, proactively removing
barriers to growth and creating a winning culture Required
qualifications to be successful in this role: What you'll bring .
10 years of experience leading medium to large consulting teams
with end-to-end responsibility . 10 years of experience in
defining, selling, and delivering complex technology and business
solutions in a consulting environment . 8 years of experience
owning or influencing P&L with a track record of turning around
or scaling a consulting practice . Strong business development
acumen, with demonstrable success in landing new clients and
closing strategic deals . Existing executive relationships in the
Reno, North Dakota or South Dakota market with the ability to
generate immediate momentum . Exceptional critical thinking and
decision-making skills, able to prioritize what moves the business
forward with limited guidance . Strong presence, self-awareness,
and communication skills across all levels . Demonstrated
experience creating thought leadership content, leading solution
design, and speaking publicly . Proven ability to recruit, develop,
and inspire talent, with a leadership style that reflects CGI's
values . Ability to travel as needed Minimum Education: Bachelor's
degree (or equivalent) Desired / Non Essential Qualifications: .
Prosci or ACMP certification in Change Management . Prior
experience with ERP or other large scale IT implementations . PMP

include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this
role. The determination of this range includes various factors not
limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and
licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for
merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at
or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions
are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A
reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S.
is $127,500.00 - $223,800.00. CGI's benefits are offered to
