position: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial
refrigeration and HVAC systems Handles general building maintenance
work orders as required Requirements: Minimum 5 years' HVAC and
refrigeration service experience Must have knowledge of building
systems and physical plant EPA 608 certification Advanced knowledge
of refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems Boiler experience
preferred Strong communications - interpersonal skills and customer
relations Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required at
times Must have a valid CA driver's license Hourly pay rate: $35.58
to $42.44 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be
