minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This role seeks a dedicated Special Education Teacher
with an Early Childhood endorsement to support elementary students
in a classroom setting. Position Details: Location: Wilmington, DE
School Level: Elementary School Role Type: Contract (CSY - Current
School Year) Start Date: February 17, 2026 End Date: June 11, 2026
Hours: 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute paid lunch break Key
Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction tailored to the
unique needs of early childhood students within the special
education framework. Develop and implement individualized education
plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Monitor
student progress and adjust teaching methods to ensure academic and
social development. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom
environment that promotes growth and independence. Collaborate
effectively with staff, families, and support personnel to enhance
student outcomes. Qualifications: Valid Delaware teaching license
with an Early Childhood endorsement is required. Experience working
with special education students, preferably in an early childhood
or elementary school setting. Strong communication and
organizational skills. Ability to adapt instructional strategies to
meet diverse learning needs. Commitment to ongoing professional
