Job Summary The Account Coordinator is the primary point of contact
for customers, managing orders from receipt through delivery. This
role works closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Logistics, and
external partners to provide timely, accurate, and high-quality
customer service for domestic and international accounts. Key
Responsibilities Manage customer orders from entry to delivery
(domestic & international) Enter and maintain orders in ERP system
(NetSuite preferred) Coordinate with sales, planning, production,
brokers, and logistics teams Provide accurate ship dates and track
orders through delivery Prepare and maintain export and shipping
documentation Ensure pricing, contracts, and customer requirements
are accurate Track and book freight (ocean/air); obtain freight
quotes Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
Maintain compliance with shipping, customs, and regulatory
requirements Support supply chain functions including invoicing,
credits, RGAs, and order tracking Qualifications 2 years of
customer service or account coordination experience Strong
attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Working knowledge of shipping terms (domestic & international)
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; Excel (intermediate preferred)
Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite a plus Strong written and
verbal communication skills Preferred Experience International
shipping and export documentation EDI transactions HTS codes and
regulatory compliance Food manufacturing or regulated environments
Physical Requirements Primarily office-based Ability to sit for
extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Company
