Accounting Assistant

Job Description:

Immediate opening in an engineering consulting firm for an Accounting Assistant with superior organizational skills and attention to detail. Looking for the following qualifications: some college courses in accounting, 2-3 years experience in a/p and a/r, excellent problem solving skills and a "can-do" attitude. Duties consist of data entry, a/p, a/r, reconciling expense accounts, maintaining accurate records and complete documentation for all transactions. Knowledge of full cycle accounting required.
